The Proposal
The proposal is focused on how you will go about the practical process of production.

Overview of the product (write about what the audience will experience from using the product, including what the key requirements of the brief are and what is the intention of the brief is, such as to promote or educate a particular target audience)

Key elements (write about the overall style of your product. This can be the style, colour scheme, genre, pace for moving image etc. You can refer to researched content to show how you have considered existing content.

Detailed Content (write about what each page or scene would include. use the revision guide to help you with this as it depends on your chosen commission.

Technical considerations (write about how you need to consider equipment, budgets and costs so your production runs as smoothly as possible)

Locations include where you might photograph images for your publishing product, go to interview contributors, who are your contributors? What kind of images you will need? If moving image you will need to include locations for filming and what characters will be in your production.

Risk assessment. (Location shoots, data protection - passwords and user information)
Safety when on location, low light in places where you can photograph etc. Make sure all information and data are saved and stored safely - you need to make sure files are not deleted etc.

Legal and ethical considerations (Equality, copyright, health and safety, regulation - ASA, data protection)

Draft schedule (example chart and written explanation, 8-week time frame of the production of your product)
